Cathy + Andrew | Sunrise Elopement in the PNW

There’s something magical about the morning. The salt air tastes sweeter, the bird song is more melodic, and the sun casts its light over a day fresh with beauty. Cathy and Andrew made the trip north to Deception Pass to become husband and wife at first morning light, saying private vows on the beach and then exploring the natural rugged landscape. Having them live father away, this was my first opportunity to meet the two of them, and it was such a delightful morning. Listening to them share memories of their first date, and plans for the future was just so heartwarming. I was thrilled to be able to take them around to all of my favorite spots, and capture the beginning of their ever after.
