Gabriel & Kat | Ebey's Landing in Coupeville | Wedding Inspired Photography
Ever since moving to Whidbey Island this summer and seeing the coastline in Coupeville, I've been so inspired to get out there with my camera and shoot. The vibrant blue waters, the green fields and romantic sunset...it reminds me so much of the west coast of Ireland which is one of my favorite places in the world. I met Gabriel a month or so ago, and had a fabulous time doing some portraiture work with him, so getting to collaborate again with him again, this time with the lovely Kat Rose was just wonderful. While the shoot all took place at Ebey's Landing, the terrain was so diverse (and we had two dresses) the result was two distinctly different looks. The first was a vintage rustic look at an old abandoned barn, and the second being more of a whimsical (and inadvertently Targaryen // Game of Thronesy) vibe on the bluff and down by the beach. I love how the same people posing together can end in such beautiful but contrasting looks just depending on location, dress, and expression. Thanks again to Kat and Gabriel for being such great sports and wonderful models.
