I'm pretty sure the only times there weren't ear-to-ear smiles across everyone's faces at this intimate Whidbey Island elopement was when there were emotional tears of happiness being shed. The joy and love between Paul and Bethany was just contagious as they said their vows beach side here in Oak Harbor in front of a small handful of loved ones.
